Points plunger

I'm having a heck of a time finding a replacement points plunger and bushing for my Briggs. This is partly a follow-up to this thread: http://www.simpletractors.com/club2/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=85458&SearchTerms=points%2Bplunger I didn't want the plunger question to get lost at the bottom thoughjavascript:insertsmilie(':D') Big Smile:D My motor continues to run rough and stall once warmed up, even though I've checked the carb, spark, replaced the points, etc. Adjusting the points gap while the engine is hot and running gets it running good again. I am assuming it must be the plunger since everything else has been gone through. Anyhow, a search on Jacks Small Engines site, Briggs&Stratton and the internet in general comes up with nothing for a points plunger and bushing for my motor. Here's my motor details: 326431-0190-01-7508221 All that I can find is for up to 11 hp motors. Mine is 16 hp. I'll call Jack's Monday to ask for help, but thought I'd give a shout here first. Thanks

Hope the link works. Just go to BriggsandStratton.com and download the parts list for your engine and look up the part numbers. Can either order from them or from one of the vendors on the site. Is easy with the parts list. http://www.briggspowershop.com/BriggsAndStratton/ProductDetails.aspx?sendingPageType=SearchResults&Catalog=BriggsAndStratton&ProductId=298125S&SearchedId=298125 Here is the bushing.
