b112 vary shift

started working on drive unit looks like pulleys have a lot of wear on the three pins and housings looks like there may be a brass bushing in housing were pins ride parts manual doesnot show a break down has anyone ever repaired these pulleys with out having to buy new????

Keep us posted on what you find. Mine has the holes worn quite badly where the 3 pins slide.
