Saw an ad in the paper I'm interested in. 7100 series tractor, all optional accessories including power tiller, vac., aerator, blade and more. Asking price $2850. I need some info on this garden tractor and need to know if this is a good price. Thanks.

Welcome, Pete. The 7100s are good tractors, but there are many variations. To be of any real help, we would need to know the exact model number; the last two digits indicate what engine it has. Which drive train would also help. There are at least four 'singles', two 'twins', and a Diesel twin; and a 'six-speed', four-speed 'shuttle', and hydrostatic transmissions; all scattered over a couple of dozen models.
That series is a direct predecessor of the current Sovereign, and has ancestors all the way back in Simplicity tractors.
It sounds well-equipped, and the price might be OK, depending on model, condition, and a list of all implements. Remember that an implement that you can't use might be wanted by someone else here.
