So my 69 2210 landlord is supposed to be limited slip differential but as one wheel slipps the other is stationary the book says there are adjusting bolts that will set this....How do I know the plastic (Nylon) bushing are not causing this problem without a tear down?

Check the bolts to see if they have 20Lbs torque, if so all you need to pull apart to cheeck the bushing is the remove the right hub.

MPH yea I got that...25 ft.lbs as per factory (no more then 30 ft lbs on the adjusting capscrews with the tractor rear end in the air both wheels are locked in a positive direction but when one whel is grounded I can turn by hand in either direction the hub without the tire installed. Other then a tear down is there a test one could do to see if the nylon bushing is bad ?? also the hub doesn't have cap screws but does have allen set screws.
