mmischni 0 Posted October 15, 2007 Hi all, What exactly is the TRUE purpose of this bracket on my tractor? I always assumed for a snow blower control, but that happens to have it's own support on the blower. Thanks!
firefoxz1 4 Posted October 15, 2007 This is used for the angle control rod on the 46" Dozer Blade and for the front PTO engagement rod for various other front attachments including the snowblower.
goatfarmer 817 Posted October 15, 2007 My 2110 has that bracket. Like Thomas said, it's used to hold the snowblower engagement rod.
Oz 1 Posted October 15, 2007 On my B-112, I use that bracket to hold the rod for the snowblower that turns the shute. Oz
mmischni 0 Posted October 16, 2007 Thanks guys, Since my snowblower is the venerable! 3-belt type (Thanks Oz) I get off the tractor if I need to disengage for any reason. Guess I can use the bracket for something else. Like hanging a grocery bag for yard refuse...or as a foot rest...or for mounting a 50cal for garden tractor dog fights.
