I don't know but if it would, then I think you need a different drive pulley on the blower and you will need the correct hitch, if you run it off the front of the engine you'll need some kind of front PTO clutch in order to engage and disengage the blower. You could run it off the center pto instead but would need the later hitch.

Yes a 3212 uses the old style hitch. It has the PTO built in. The hitch for the 3410 has just the two idlers and no PTO built in. The 3410 used a engine mounted front PTO. The blower it self is the same, except for the size of the pulley.
