mooseman3210 0 Posted January 6, 2008 Dad and i got another day of wrenching done . we were able to get all of the wiring done and even got to fire her up and run her for a while . we are about 65% complete . now i have to start painting again i still have the hood the front grill and the rear fender to do but for the most part she is up and running again. i hope to have her done by mid February . the engine picture is for Josh i wanted him to see that there is no over spray. the last picture i laid on the ground to get you can see some over spray on the tire but that's from fixing the scratches from remounting the tire . i also threw in a pic of the undercarriage mainly for me so i can remember how nice it is to work on one that has no dirt on it . hope you like the pictures . this is the last of the A-C orange that has to be painted . the only thing i need to do now is the hood i think i'm going to save the hood for next weekend . Dad decided he is going to put on a stack for the muffler so we hooked up the new old muffler just to see what it would look like ....

Killer_A-C 0 Posted January 6, 2008 It is clean as a hounds tooth underneath. You will have to put big mirrors under it like they do at carshows. Nice start should be super clean when finisheddOddOd

MPH 12 Posted January 9, 2008 Tractor looks real good. You can help avoid oversray on the tires if you grease them before painting, something like butter washes off real easy just with dish soap.

mooseman3210 0 Posted January 13, 2008 well guys I'm going to be painting the rear fenders and painting the front grill and brackets today . i was able to get them all sanded down and get the mounting holes made for my dads new seat . of course it didn't fit the old style holes so i had to do some (dare i say ) drilling on the seat frame . and the fender access plate .:O:( but it will be worth it with the new adjustable seat .
