UCD 14 Posted January 7, 2008 Just ordered a new cab Deluxe Hard-Side Snow Cab Easily removed panels for off-season. Comes standard with electric windshield wiper, mirrors, work lights, locking doors, front/rear pivoting glass
D-17_Dave 12 Posted January 7, 2008 Did you get the tractor under the cab too?? I know it would be hard to put the 7790 as a backup, but boy wouldn't that new red tractor be nice.
rsnik 1 Posted January 7, 2008 I like the big mirrors. Twisting around to look back when reversing is a pain in the neck. I also like the truck style, heavy duty, double articulating arm windshield wiper. This may sound silly, but does it have a windshield washer? It also looks like there are brackets on the windshield that possibly allow the windshield to open out at the base for ventilation.
MPH 12 Posted January 7, 2008 Really is a nice Cab Maynard but it's downright cruel of you not to tell us the rest of the story. Know your not gonna use it as a lawn chair.
blackfarms1 0 Posted January 7, 2008 What company makes the cab? Are they available for each tractor or do you have to make them fit the application? Thanks, Sean.

UCD 14 Posted January 7, 2008 It is a Simplicity Cab MFG# 1694401 I believe it is made by curtis cab Not positive though. "front/rear pivoting glass" Front and rear window open for venilation. It has a big winshield washer called wind blown snow. I was tired of freezing my foot.

UCD 14 Posted January 7, 2008 If it lasts as long as the 7790 and it definitely won't have as hard a life I won't be around. The 7790 is going into semi semi retirement it is going to my Nephew who has a shorter drive way than mine and also has B-112 with blower and a new Snapper to mow his lawn with so it will still be used but not as much
