I know some of you have expressed interest in adapting or building a hydraulic unit so I thought you might be interested in this. It is a hydraulic unit from a umm cub cadet. It is listed on ebay and starts at $50. It appears to be similar to the simplicity units and and drives with a belt. http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1221356991
