This may get windy, be forewarned!:D Kinda excited about this one, so bear with me. Last night after work I stopped at my parents house to help Dad pick up a freebie mower he had found. After getting that home for him, we loaded up Mom's old table saw for me to bring home. Mom is a pretty good woodworker and has done a lot of fine work with this old relic, now it has been handed down.:D

On Tuesday they had went to an auction, and Mom bought me this fine old Planet Jr. garden planter. The current hitch is for a Bolens walk-behind, that of course will change!}:)

With these treasures loaded in Dad's truck I headed home over the swollen Mississippi.sm00 Today after unloading and raking hay for the neighbor I headed out to pick up the deal I made last Friday, yes Friday the 13th! I usually look forward to those, usually good luck for me, that's how backward I really am!:Q I had spotted this in early spring resting under the remains of an inflatable pool. Told myself if it's still not moving after green grass, I'm stopping! Took in a bit of copper and aluminum to the scrap yard in the same town for tractor money and saw it was still there, hadn't moved.:drl Saw a fella out in the yard so I stopped and talked for quite a while. He turned out to be quite a character, nice guy, fun to talk to! He didn't act too thrilled about selling at first but told me to look at it, he peaked my interest when he mentioned a certain option it had.;) Anywho, here it is! Another B-112, with a nice solid deck, new front tires, rears are goners, wheel weights, also a blade and chains that I have to retrieve from another location. So what do you folks think?

I will have to get used to using this short little lift handle, think my arm will like it?:o)

I really need to cut a few from the herd, getting a little crowded around here! I am hoping to set up a time soon to go look at a 616, so wish me luck!

Thanks guys! Forgot to tell why it was parked, PO said it threw sparks out near the S/G when last used. Can't find any bad wires, will have to fire it up and see what happens!:D Oh, and BTW, the price was $200. Can't beat that with a stick!;)

Sweet score on the B-112, imo one of the nicest looking AC's. Neat hand-me-downs.

Well, last night I hooked up jumper cables to it, and not much happened. The PO's thing about sparks near the S/G was probably right, it barely turned!. I replaced it with one off my B-12, and fired it up. Run like a champ.:D Tonight, I replaced the junk rears with the 23-10.50's I got last year and took it for a test spin, drives great. There are some "issues" I will have to address, more on that in another forum.;)

Nice score looks like an easy cleanup.
