Thanks to the help from members here who provided pictures, diagrams and measurements, I was able to fabricate a sleeve hitch for my 6116, and finished it today. Not yet. I am fixing the tractor at my Calif. house, but will take it up to my Idaho house to put it to work, mostly as a snowplow and tiller. I just wanted a hitch to tow a cart around with, and maybe a disc or spring harrow.

4xBill, I started with the dimensions from teh diagram that Roy kindly posted in this thread: http://www.simpletractors.com/club2/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=95945 From there, I modified the width to match my existing tiller mount (8-3/8" between sides) and the depth to 7-1/4" from pivot pins to back of sleeve, to keep some reasonable leverage on the lift arm. I figured the longer that sleeve stuck out back, the harder to lift anything attached to it.

One other thing you may want to add are a couple nuts on the bolts to lock them in position. Without the lock nuts, the bolts will vibrate loose. I am speaking from experience. Here is the hitch I made for my 716H:

In the picture the locknuts are on the outside, but this didn't work, so I had to put them on the other side.
