Its not a simplicity. Mid to late 60's Sears suburban 12. The guy I got it from replaced all the switches, cables, wiring, rebuilt the carb and put a new battery in it. Painted up pretty decent looking and it has a nice looking plow setup on it that someone put alot of work and thought into I believe. They couldnt get it running so they threw it in the yard for sale. came with tire chains, paperwork, and all the old parts as well. Cranks over ok, havent really messed with it to fire it up yet. For $70, I couldnt pass this one up!! Check the compression. My mom had one of those old Suburbans. It ingested a screw from the throttle plate, two times, in it's long life. The screw wedges under a valve and keeps it from closing. My brother still has the old girl and uses it to plow snow every winter.
