We are just about complete with the restoration of our B-210. The Grandson's will be taking it to the Lake County, Ohio Fair next month. Here is what we started with:

Here is what it looks like now. Decals to be applied this week.:

Now here is a question for anyone who can answer. We have two sets of shim washers left over!.

I believe they came out of the Variable Speeed Drive, but when we re-assembled I never saw any shafts that these washers would fit on. The larger ones are 2.00 OD and 1.50 ID, there are 2 @ .005 thick and one @ .035 thick. The second set is 1.850 OD and 1.375 ID, there is 1 @ .005 thick and 2 @ .050 thick. The smaller set in the picture went on the lower PTO shaft. I would appreciate any help in identifying where these left over shim washers belong. Thanks John U

The two bigger shims look like the shims that go between the case of the BGB and the side plate that connects the BGB to the rearend.

Yes, I checked out the BGB and indeed the larger shims go right where Ray said they should. I have still not found the location for the second set that is 1.850 OD. Any ideas anyone? Thanks, John U
