klewis Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 I have an AC 616 and I am considering getting the PTO shaft going again to run a brush mower. At what RPM's does this run and will it run a standard pto attachment without modification.
wilm169 Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 The PTO on the power maxs runs at the speed of 2000 RPMs and the normal attachments run at 540 RPMs. The shaft attachment for the 616 is a female, the attachment for the 540s is male. Some of the 2000 RPM equipment can be found on ebay, with some of it being brand X [jd]:O
