It's in West Salem, OH south of the tracks and across from the Equity. The owner asked $800.00 which I declined. I probably can't go back as agent representing someone in this group. Unfortunately, I insulted the young man by telling him that his price was five times too high. I should have swallowed that. There is no telephone and no address apparent.
