I got Macks right hand lift in yesterdays mail, cleaned its up a bit and it's now in service on my old LL. I was surprised that the chrome actually cleaned up. Usually when they're that rusty they don't. Any how, here's the old girl with her new toy attached. Also including a pic of when I first got the LL..It's come a long way since then.

'That lever cost more than the whole tractor did ' Funny how that works, the tires on most of mine cost close to or more then the tractors did. Sure looks good though. What is that old lift/adjustment lever in the first pic attached too?

If you are refering to the white lever on the right side of the tractor, it's a lift lever for a sears plow that was on the old girl when I got her. The grill frame still has the 4 holes that were drilled into it to mount that blade. I haven't found a suitable replacement grill frame with good chrome on it yet. (as if I ever will...lol) So the holes stay in lieu of the nice chrome. I may eventually weld up the holes, grind them down and re-paint the frame and grill frame. But for now...I think she looks great with all her original paint. With the exception of the hood of course.

I've got a cracked exhaust valve seat in the old Landlord so she's going to be down for service while I get that fixed. Also adding a hydro lift to her, so the RH lift will have light duty for a while. Has any one tied a RH lift to the rock shaft arm from the left lift so that both implements (dozer and grader or tiller and grader/dozer) worked opposite one another just by the hydro? You know, one down one up or both at the half way point? I'm just wondering if this is feasible. It sure would take the strong arm out of the scenereo. If I'm thinking correctly I could fab up a tie rod to go between the mounting points that's the proper length to fully lower one implement while the other is raised as high as possible. Thus possibly giving me enough clearance with them both at the mid-way point to transport and effectively use both implements. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
