ZippoVarga Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 Got a day at the show in yesterday. Here's a few pics. The first one is a panorama shot so you'll have to scroll this message side to side. There were HUNDREDS of Allis Chalmers in the show this year. By far the largest and best I've seen in some time. More to come.....
bigtenboy65 Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 sweet simplicitys, i like the ac 620, is that correct
ZippoVarga Posted August 22, 2008 Author Posted August 22, 2008 Yep, a 620...there's many more pics to come so stay tuned. I'm heading back tomorrow to try and strike some deals.
B-16_IC Posted August 22, 2008 Posted August 22, 2008 Strike some deals?OO This oughta be good! Can't wait to see more pics, these were great, keep 'em coming.:drl
comet66 Posted August 23, 2008 Posted August 23, 2008 Great pictures, thanks for sharing them. Good luck on your "deals"!!
ZippoVarga Posted August 24, 2008 Author Posted August 24, 2008 Well...it was a bust for me, as the tractors I was watching Thursday were packed up and headed back home with out nary a 5 dollar budge on their initial way too high prices. That was my only complaint about the show was the amount of non-running A/C's and Simps that their owners thought were dipped in gold. For example..early B-10, engine siezed, no seat, no S/G, missing knobs and side covers, sloppy BGB and destroyed tires, destroyed steering wheel and rusted solid steering...your for only 375 bucks. Yeah..uh, NOT!! I could go on and on about the terrible deals, but there were a couple good deals out there. Thank goodness there was plenty of eye candy (tractors) out there...here's a few more pics. More to come....
AGCO918 Posted August 24, 2008 Posted August 24, 2008 Thats my problem anymore also,People think their junk is gold. I will find a allis chalmers 917 one of these days.Just to far to get them one ebay.
ZippoVarga Posted August 24, 2008 Author Posted August 24, 2008 A few more from the Tri-State show... Still more to come...
