Parts cross reference 2012 and 7119

Does anyone know if the bgb pinion shaft from a 7119 (part 172750) is the same shaft as in the bgb of my 2012 (part 157426)??? thanks in advance

I think the 7119 is longer for the cone clutch.

I put both part numbers into Jack's parts database and they come up as different parts, so I suspect they're different. From the part description, it looks like the shaft diameter is slightly different. Parts look-up at Jack's: http://www.jackssmallengines.com/searchdb2.cfm

The 2012 input shaft diameter is 3/4" and the 7100 series are 7/8" diameter.
