what belt size?

i have 1969 simplicity landlord 3210v and i need a belt for the p.t.o. i saw belt sizes on this site for my tractor, and it says that i need to have 29.2 inche belt, it just seems an odd size. i am wondering (1) is this really the real belt size and (2) if so do i have to order that directly from a simplicity dealer. if anyone can straighten this whole thing out for me that would be wonderful. thanks.

You can't go wrong ordering the correct belt from a dealer. You might be able a save a few dollars with an aftermarket belt that is "about" the same, but then again.....
