Rear Lift Group in DIY

Recommended Posts

For those who didn't notice, and as a follow-up to the discussion a few weeks ago, Kent has posted a "Do-it-yourself" on making the rear lift for sleeve hitch attachments. The pics and sketches are for a rear lift for the 7000/Soveriegn tractors. I don't know if it fits earlier tractors or not. Maybe someone out there knows?? The cost to produce the lift (assuming you can do your own welding) is about $17.00. I have been told new ones are about $200, used anywhere from $50 to $100. Hope it helps members "in-need". Brent P.S. It rained and was in the 70s today in east central IN. Grass is already "greening up". I can't wait![A href='http://www.simpletractors.com/do_it/rear_hitch.htm']http://www.simpletractors.com/do_it/rear_hitch.htm[/a]
