That's a neat looking little machine. I have been repairing more snow blowers lately than I care to think about, mostly 70's to early 80's vintage and I have yet to see a Simplicity come through the doors. Guess that says something about their quality.

I have one almost exactly like yours. I'll have to take some pics. Paid 150 dollars for it 6 or 7 years ago. The problem with it is my fault! Like an idiot, I didn't put any stabil in it, and left it sit a couple of years without using it. Now it has crap in the gas tank. I took it off last winter when it failed to start. Blew out the siphoning tube and cleaned it out as best I could. It ran for awhile, but died. Must've gotten some more crap sucked up in the tube. I put some stable in it, and ran it a little while. Pushed it back in the shed. It's been there ever since. Should get it out and clean it up. I believe mine is a 4hp.
