I am installing a hydro lift on my B-12 and this pin is holding me up. I have applied some heat an that didn't help. So if any of you have a suggestion please tell me so I can get this thing working. Thanks. MPH I hope you dont mind that I used your picture

Try pb blaster and a vise grip on one end and see if you can rotate it a bit to loosen it up. If you get it out it would make no sense to put it back in, so you can make a new one out of 1/2 inch rod and drill 1/8 holes in both ends for the cotter pins. Hope this helps, It worked good for me.

might take the lift rod out and see if you can move clevis around to see what part is froze up and apply heat to that area

Use penatrating oil or heat to loosen it up but there is no need to replace it unless it is damaged beyond use. When you get it out clean it up with a wire wheel on a bench grinder or in a drill. then coat with a thin layer of grease or light oil.
