How hard to convert a B112 vari to B110 3 speed

Anybody know what is involved in deleting the vari drive on a 112 and making it a straight 3 speed. Thought about welding the pulleys in high speed position but would rather set it up like a 110. Thanks

I think the shaft coming out of the trans is 3/4 inch. you could just put any pulley size of your choice on it. But why get rid of the vari drive? Has it been giving you trouble? If it has you have come to the right place:D

Just replace the drive and driven pulley with straight 1/2" wide pulleys of your choice size. Approx. 5" drive and 7-8" driven. use the proper spacers and continue to use your existing clutch/idler set up.
