Jonnysac Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Had to run some power to the barn so I got to use the bull dog for the first time. tracktor312 Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Wow excellent job!! I would need dynamite to do that in my yard.
cwm1276 Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Wow, that took all the work out of that project. How long did it take?
joshuaareed Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Very nice, I'll bet you love that investment. That tractor probably partially paid for itself already.
wilm169 Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 How deep will it dig? and nice job. Just wish it was mine, I have the tractor.
4xbill Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Awesome! Great pics, but I think we need video for this one too.:D
MDB Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 The 620 and trencher look even better in person:D Great pics. thanks for posting.dOd:D
Simpleton7016 Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Whoa daddy! Is that sweet! Probably overkill for my needs....though I could probably use something on a smaller scale to cut a 2" trench to bury an invisible fence for a dog!
MPH Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 Nothing like having the right tool for the job, get the work done and call it 'play time'. does that run off the rear PTO?
jkmustang1 Posted March 30, 2009 Posted March 30, 2009 nice job But if you tried that at my place you would need dynamight or a jack hammer big rocks 18 inches down just had to connect to sewer here and they had to get a jack hammer for the refrigerator size rocks they uncovered. had that ford backhoe jumping all over trying to scrape them out
nateb17010 Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 still looking for one of those for my b-110 and by the look of yours it would do just fine for my needs. love it. what other attachments do you have? also did it lug down at all or did it cut in like soft butter?
JimH Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Thank's for the pics. Look's like you got some good quality "ALLIS" time in. Love the GMC dually in the background.
farmtoybuilder Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Sweet! Great outfit you have. These small trenchers work Great when you don't have rocks! Sure beats a backhoe.
Jonnysac Posted March 31, 2009 Author Posted March 31, 2009 It took less than an hour of run time, but I had some belt issues. It digs down at least three feet. And yes, it runs off the rear PTO. It cut down okay. I did hit a few rocks, but the dirt was damp enough not to give me too much trouble. I have two 620's and a 720. For attachments, I have the bulldog ditcher, loader, backhoe, rototiller, a front dozer blade, and three mowing decks.
Michiganmobileman Posted March 31, 2009 Posted March 31, 2009 Nice work. Thanks for the pictures. That's one more tool to add to my want list. Greg
Brettw Posted April 1, 2009 Posted April 1, 2009 Too bad Ohio is so far from WI. I could use a "demonstration" here in Oconomowoc. :D
PGL Posted April 2, 2009 Posted April 2, 2009 Very neat job, nice clean cut. Like a chain saw for dirt.
mooseman3210 Posted April 5, 2009 Posted April 5, 2009 very nice and with such a clean cut good job looks like fun in the sun to me
