Anyone know what size belt I need (and/or part number) for a drive belt for a 725 with an 8" pulley?

Thanks none of those seem right. My belt length is 44 3/8". I am going to guess the 3/8" is stretch and I should go with a 5/8 x 44 for a 63 725 w/ an 8" pulley at the tranny.

Whoops I meant 5/8". The problem is the standard pully is 6.5" I have a version of the low speed pully 8", not the 10" on it so the stock belt wont fit. I bent the other 6.5" pully trying to get it off the parts tractor.

Try taking an older belt(scrap) and cut it. Fish it around where you need it to go, depress the clutch half way and connect the ends. This measurement should be what you need. I have had to do that several times where it was not so clear.
