Thanks Dallenx! That is very good information to have, not only for powermax tillers, but for aftermarket machinery as well. For instance, one can purchase a Cat "O" chipper/shreader that requires a 540 PTO. These usually have a pulley at the end of the PTO shaft anyway, so by changing out the pulley you can achieve the proper machine speed. (Always check the rpm capability of the bearings at the machine end of the PTO shaft.) Paul

They told me the total price for the above parts will be about $99.95, the parts are supposedly 'special' order so I haven't gotten them yet. The pto shaft w/yoke look just like the drawing in my owners manual for the pto finish mower.
