More Saturday morning fun at Owenlea Farm

Here we are trying to convert some rough grass to nice lawn. This patch had just been brush hogged 4 or 5 times each of the past few years. Before that it was calf pasture for my dairy herd.

That roller is where we put our used motor oil for a few years. Doesn't freeze.

Here we are (this morning) painting our old plastic layer. As you can see this one was setup for horsedrawn (mostly). I just bought a new one (better technology) so we are getting ready to sell this one. That's Rust-oleum Sunrise Red.

Actually this was yesterday at the Plug Warehouse in Oberlin, OH. These guys are two of my grand daughters, age 60 months and 65 months. They helped pick out baby flowers and then planted them today.

Here are some planted a couple weeks ago.

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
