B-1 restoration: Question on Tires

I'm presently restoring a B-1 and had a question on tires. The original front tires (4.80/4.00-8) were titled "STUDDED" and mfgr'd by Schenuit. Does anyone out there know of a reproduction replacement of this style? I noticed that Carlisle makes a tire that is close, but doesn't have the exact "studded" pattern. The rear tires are Goodyear 6-12, 2-ply titled "Lawn and Garden". Any repros of this style tire as well? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've come this far and hesitate adding tires that didn't reflect the original tires. Thanks Dave A from MA.

The Carlisle studded tire is the only one being made that I am aware of. The original Goodyear rear tread pattern is not being made anymore either.
