4-16 TRANS

I can't get reverse working on my 4-16 with shuttle. All adjustments checked and re-checked. New belts. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!!

Reverse works thru the planetary-either the brake band is not stopping the rotation of the planetary drum or the planetary gears have a problem. Bill

I have a 3415S, seems to "whine" pretty loud in reverse(none forward). Any adjustment I'm missing perhaps? Terry
