simplicity 3112v need help with operating it

I have this new tractor and don't know how all the options work, and the simple tractor page does not have oporating manuals that disribe the options. It has a clutch type gear drive. I think its a clutch you have to push it in to shift and when i release the clutch the belt seems like its slipping. Can I ajust it or get a new drive belt from somewhere?

Proper adjustment sequence is critical but if the belt is flimsy it makes adjustment a waste of time. We can send U a new Simplicity belt. 'bout $58 I think-just sent one to Kent last week! Bill
