23D shroud help

Do you have all the bolts out? If it is mounted on a tractor, you may be not seeing the two near the bottom. I seem to remember forgetting one myself once.B)

Lots of soaking with penatrant, around the center. Sometimes they can really hang in there! Patience is a great tool to use for this, although I can rarely find mine when I need it.:I

Soaking and occasional tapping the pulley with a light hammer. The tapping will vibrate the penetrant around the hub. If you have a small pneumatic chisel, use a dull bit, and 'tap' several p[laces around the center from time to time. If your penetrant is WD-40, go get something worth using, such as Gibbs or Kroil ...a real penetrating oil.
