Lubing a geared differential (AC 716)

I guess there's no way to get new grease into the diff other than disassembling it and repacking, correct? When installing the diff on the axle tube, are you supposed to pack it full of grease or just apply a light coating to the gears?

The axle has fittings on both sides of the diff, but I don't know if these are intended to lube the diff itself. I pulled it apart tonight and packed the gears with grease. Does anyone know if greasing the zerks on either side forces grease into the diff? I would just like to know, thanks.

You pack the diff with grease when you assemble it. The fitting on the torque tube and the fitting on the right side hub will both put grease into the diff area.
