speedi-sleeve

Check with your local bearing and power transmission supplier. That's where I've always purchased them. Speedi-sleeves are used to renew the surface where seals mate to a rotating shaft. Covers the groove that was worn into the shaft by the previous seal. Good luck, Chris

If you have a good machine shop in your area you might want to consider having it built up and reground. We have had good luck doing this and it might be worth looking into.

For those who are in the know, would one of these work on a pto shaft on TO 30 Ferguson farm tractor. Mine wobbles a little and leaks a little and I'm going to have to pull the pto if this won't work. That means draining all the fluid out and replacing it.sm02

if its wobbling then you may have a bearing out. speedy sleeves are thin and wont hold allot of pressure they are designed like a shim for sealing and are reversible to put standard size seals into a somewhat walla-rd out seal seat
