It is a 12x16 Sutherlands kit. I added a loft for additional storage and also made the studs 16" on center instead of their 24" OC plan. The city made me dig footers to mount the 2 4x4 runners on. That makes it pretty solid. Rick

Tractor Barn, aye.... Needs a few things, like electricity and a heat source. Seems my available time for tractoring is in the winter.... Oh, it could use some running tractors too! Hope to have the remedied shortly. New starter came yesterday. Rick

Well if all goes as planned, I'll be squeezing a 7116 in there too Friday afternoon. I had a 707 and just recently sold it for the tractor fund. Also had a Honda tractor that I just sold. Rick

Cool barn! You call that a mess?? We can still see the floor and the walls, etc. You've got a ways to go before you're crawling over stuff!!

Nice big shed....I like it. What are the two pieces of 2 x 6 hanging up in the rafters (in picture 4)....do you use those for makeshift stairs?

Nice barn. And still room for more "stuff". Glad to see someone else has multiple projects underway. And maybe takes awhile to complete them?

Simpleton7016, Those are runners for temporary stairs that I used over the summer. I live in a Bi-level. The rear entry has stairs that go up and down and they were both covered with carpet. I pulled one set out at a time and refinished them. The outcome makes the effort worth it. Was quite an ordeal! PhanDad, "And maybe takes awhile to complete them?" Regrettably so.... I thought selling my 2 usable riders would hasten the resurrections but alas, my teenagers have taken to push-mowing the yard! Rick
