If anyone is looking for an original homelite tiller i have found one in the peoria, IL farm and garden section of craigslist!!!they are asking 125 for it and it appears to be in decent shape metal wise...i at least one of you wisconsine boys has a very nice homelite restored, this would look good on the back of it....just thought i would let everyone know because i personally have never seen one...thanks

It doesn't have the rectangular upper mounting rod, so either someone changed it to a round one, or it's a "newer" Homelite tiller made to mount on the newer Homelites that were painted Simplicities (as opposed to A/C manufactured early Homelites).

I saw that Shaun. Thanks for the post. I figure when I want to add attachments to my Homelite I'll just paint up a cheap Simplicity ones. There was a Homelite snow thrower on Craigslist this last summer, but $250 was too much just for the blue paint since I would have to repaint it anyway to match the tractor. Thanks again, Tom

if it were closer to u guys it probably would be worth it but, i too would probably paint an orange one, because like you said, you are going to paint it anyhow...that is what i am going to do will my"yellow" tiller so it will match the 2012...
