Terry-C 0 Posted November 30, 2009 I have a 1976 Allis Chalmers Model 610. I dont see many of these on these sites either restored or in original condition. Is there a reason for this? Either they are junk or people just dont get rid of them? I have done a frame off restoration and wanted to see some more.

Chris727 1,703 Posted December 1, 2009 Hi Terry. For some reason the small frame tractors are often overlooked by collectors and restorers. These tractors were great for cutting grass and the pivoting frame is awsome. I don't know if there were actually less produced or if less of them survived overall. Could be that lower resale value caused dealers to scrap them out faster.

MarksA-C 93 Posted December 2, 2009 Yup, I have one. Great little tractor. The 610 style broadmoors were only a 1 or 2 year production if I remember. They have a slightly different frame, larger engine, and special rear wheels compared to the other center pivot broadmoors. This is my 610.
