xenon172..... don't say that my knees can't take it putting those weight's and chains on!! 8D If it doesn't snow I'll push the neighbors junk out of the way!!:D captainweezy. That is a Bolens blade that I retrofitted. I know it's 42 inch's wide. Height If memory serviced me right it's 19 inches.

I have the same rear weights but mounted the bolts the other way through the back of the rim. The first time you snag your chin in one of those bolts, you will understand. You can also mount those weights on the inside of the rim....they will fit over the axel.

Erik, I had never thought of putting them inside...good idea! I hear you on the bolts...I have one in my yard and the prev owner cut garden hose over 3 of them...I find the 4th!

Wow that really does lift high! I have to load mine on the trailer in reverse cuz it doesn't come up high enough to clear.

Thanks for the comments. Perry I REALLY don't know where the weights came from. Simpleton7016 I mount those weighs that way because it's EASY on my back. This machine is my MAIN Grass cutter. I love how it cuts the grass other wise it would be gone...
