COUNTER ROTATE TILLER TINES

this is something I plan to play with after my bro send me pics of what he tilled under with his jd 955 and counter rotating tines. I been a troybuilt owner since 73 but was impressed with what I saw, pretty certain the tines would have to be turned around also, and I'm thinkin maybe something in the chain set-up so the pull is not on the tightener. not sure, haven't tryed it yet. have any of you ever tried to figure eight the tiller drive belt, so that the tines counter rotated?
