I picked it up about a week ago. I had it out 2 days ago driving it around since i got it running . and while i was driving i was just going straight and all at once it started to make a grinding noise and it was sorta loud. I know it was coming from the rear end - bgb - or the differential . any of you had this or what it would be Thanks for any advise in advance

Take off the drive belt or disengage it to separate the bgb from the rear end. Or, take off the belt and the driveshaft to feel the bgb manually would be the best. I had 3 different parts tractors and it was always a bgb issue. Don't know if that is normal or against all odds?
