Well took most of the 2012 apart yesterday for refurb, except most of the components in the frame. I attempted to remove the steering arm assembly # 157250 and it broke.

I learned that I should have used lubricating oil, as well as warmer weather. Its cold outside! If anyone runs into one, please let me know. Have to finish the rest of the teardown, but I will bring into the basement first. I guess I am to excited. I'll have to slow down. Patrick &:)

Patrick, Grind the broken thread off right up to the shoulder, then carefully drill and tap it so you can use a bolt instead of a nut. I believe others on here have used that fix. If you aren't sure about doing the drill and tap operation yourself, a machine shop should do it for you pretty cheap. Steve
