707 governor??

I fired up the 707 yesterday and the thing ran wild at full throttle. i backed it down a quickly as possible. does anyone know where the governor is on this beast. I felt as though it was abount to take off and start hovering on me it was running so fast. I restarted to make sure nothing went wrong, seems fine and idles great but am a little gunshy on the throttle.

Lumpy, I have a 707 broadmoor too. If your engine is a 7 or 8 hp, your governor will be located on the side of the engine.
