This should do it. I stumbled across this odd looking tractor for sale on eBay:


Lot's of pivoting, so if you've got slopes, it looks like it'll cut them safely:

At 26 some grand for a new one I'd say ownership is restricted to goverment enitites that spend other peoples money or bank ceo's that steal it. Think I'd buy a cow and have burger each fall for that money.:)

I've seen something similar used at the North Anna Nuclear Power Plant in Virgina, but I'm not sure if it was the same machine. They have a couple of them.
