My 3212 is very hard to cold start, but beyond that, when it first tries to fire it will almost stop the S/G, as if it's trying to kick backwards. Odd thing is, once it starts, it runs very nice and smooth, even under a load. I know the carb needs rebuilt as it ends up with fuel all over it after trying to start with the choke pulled. But I can imagine what creates the "kickback" effect when it tries to fire up. Any ideas?
