Picked this up today for $100:




It has compression and spark. S/G spins the engine. Has the block top/side entry oil fill with oil drain on opposite side. In a month or so I'll find out how it runs. Should drop right into my Homelite T-12. Only have to transfer the front electric PTO and muffler assembly. I figure the muffler assembly will be the worst of it. The engine was harvested from a Simplicity tractor; wires and throttle cable cut as can be seen in this pic:

Excellent score on a complete 16hp!! These are really becoming the "Gotta Have" engines in our hobby/addictions. Looking forward to seeing it tucked into a worthy tractor!!

got mine for $75 ,the newer one with out S/G runs like new actually i got 4 engines 16 hp ,they all run like top and end up buying lately 3012v with 16 hp on it that been sitting for over 7 years , took the engine out cleaned it and rebuild carb and fired right up like new , unbelievable these engines ,
