Bret4207 0 Posted March 14, 2010 Uh, what's likely to break when you try and move a tractor that is unknowingly frozen into the ground? I assume a key or something on an axle? Went to move the 312 and didn't realize she was froze solid to the ground Put it in gear and it shuddered a bit for a second and that was it. Once I got it free it felt like it wanted to move, but wouldn;t It would back up a little and then even that stopped. Sounds like a key to me. Ideas?
RayS 79 Posted March 14, 2010 You may have sheard the keys on the axle tube. The picture above is for a hydro but the gear transmission have the keys on the axle tube as well.
HubbardRA 19 Posted March 15, 2010 Guessing doesn't help, you have to pull it apart to find out what is broke.
