question on sunstar plow

this guy im buying the plow from says i should have to lift levers on my machine for this http://nh.craigslist.org/grd/1705619865.html i only have one that lifts the deck and blower or is the other lever something i nead to buy also thanks Bill

He's correct. You need a dual lever valve I think that's what it's called, good luck finding one. Once in awhile a tractor will pop-up with one installed but they are rare.

You could also remove the hydraulic cylinder and fabricate or purchase the parts used for the manual angle.
