Mower deck interchange "B" series Allis to Deutz A

Can one of you guy's answer the question? I have a deck from an early B series Allis, no manufacturers number on the deck. A guy wants to put it on a Deutz Allis 616 special. I can't find a deck listing for the 616 in the "what fits" section. I suspect the age difference is a problem. Anyone have an opinion? Thanks, Ron
