actually the steering wheel is from a rear engine JD 56 riding mower. wheel horse also used the same wheel on their 1967-68 lawn rangers. only difference from a allis is these are drilled for a dowel pin and have no key way slot. i have the original 1964 two spoke black steering wheel for this tractor, but i like the 68 style wheel better ^.

Looks good Perry. Did you put the 604 decal on the other side? Did you have to much to the Tecumseh engine and if so any problem finding parts? Any plans for restoring the deck? Those early Horses were great little machines and a lot of fun to drive

the tecumseh engine runs great, just needed some carb adjustments. im selling the deck i have a snow blade for it. why mow with a mediocure mower when i have the best of the best. my Allis big ten ^.

I think I understand, the 604 panels were from a parts tractor. We had a newer version and the decals were different. It is a small tractor and a blast to drive as you can tell by the smile on my friends face. Nice Job Perry

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
