Heres the 3 point hitch plate I bought for the Super cub. Got to get it mounted yet and then pull the Deere loader tractor in and rob the rest of the 3 point components off that ( I never use it on that tractor anyhow)..then build a static weight bar on the back of the Deere.

Also been working on the upstairs hallway and staircase. New flooring and adding wainscotting and trim to the walls and doorways. Then a paint job. No pictures as yet. And here is whats been taking up most of the time lately. Should finish it up tomorrow with a couple more welds, then clean and paint.

Hopefully I have something that will be able to pull it:O

Marty, the blades are about 13" diameter. The disc is approx 42" x 42" square plus some. Thw black disc part in the picture is a Swisher disc attachment for a Swisher "Quadivator". Do an internet search for pictures. The Swisher Quadivator is a carrier that you can buy multiple attachments for such as this disc. I dont know what the deal is, but they are no longer available in my area and are on clearance all over the internet. The local Tractor Supply Co. farms store had this disc on clearance marked from $750 down to $500. I asked them if that was as cheap as it gets and they offered it to me for $350. Couldnt resist as it was such a nice tandem disc. I built the carrier myself to make use of it. Swishers Quadivator pins on with one bolt, using the drawbar as means of holding the carrier to the implement by using sleeves to slide through on both the carrier and implement. My carrier is about the same sort of thing but differs in that it bolts to the disc with 5 bolts and wont accept any other Swisher implements. Swisher is pretty proud of the Quadivator as it rings up at around $1200 for just the carrier with some cultivator sweeps on it. Their carrier uses an electric lift actuator, while I used a cheaper trailer jack mounted so that I can turn from the tractors seat and crank it up and down without leaving the seat. All in all I still have about $400 in this disc which isnt cheap by any means, but I am going to use this several times a year to smooth up the wifes horse lot between the pasture and concrete.

I did pull it with the 2012, but its a little too lightweight for it in spots and some turns. The Cub will do fine.

I ot the mower done for trials. First trial laste 20 minutes when the nut came off the bolt that holds the pitman arm on the drive assembly. Also had to tighten up the rivets on a few sections . I reassembled the pitman bolt with Red Threadlocker and used Blue threadlocker on the 3 bolts that hold the bracket on the other end of the pitman to the cutter bar. Ready for second trial run this afternoon..

Site programming updates were made 3/23/2024. As a result some things have changed including dues payment options. We will continue maintenance and work with technicians to regain credit card payment option and clear up minor challenges. On positive it appears attaching pictures is now easier. Good day. Gene
