5116 won't run

Little confused I am getting spark with the plug out and on a bolt. And when I try to start it,it doesn't start and the plug comes out they are wet? So it is getting fuel.Even sprayed starting fluid in the cylinders.

Bad or discharged battery? It takes a certain RPM to get spark from a magnetron ignition. RPMs may be achieved without compression but not against.

You have to pull the flywheel to check the key. Probaly just a couple taps on the crankshaft to confirm.

I have replaced quite a few of those coils on the twins. Might just be a weak spark from a failing coil but the easiest thing to try is the plugs first.
